In the past year CMGRA has been active and vocal at Council meetings in representing our members on many issues primarily related to the Revised Oakville Plan Amendment and Provincial Governments’ declaration for population densification in the area known as Midtown.
The objective of these representations, which have been coordinated with our neighbouring Residents Associations is to support the development of more housing, but to try to ensure that Midtown Oakville will be developed as a complete and livable community for families.
We want Midtown to succeed and grow as a well thought out community for its residents and for Oakville: one we can all be proud of as part of our Town.
