On the agenda are
- An update on Midtown: the Official Plan Amendment (issued by the Town of Oakville) vs the Transit Oriented Community (for the current status see our website linked here). We are expecting further developments over the autumn, but indications are concerning.
- A presentation on the Oakville budget Process with Budget Committee leaders, Councilors Tom Adams and Jonathan McNeice. Currently the budget forecast increase is 3.5%. This is your chance to understand the process.
- An update by our local Councilors Janet Haslett-Theall and Dave Gittings with a Q&A session
- A full update on the activities of the CMGRA over the past year.

We have represented you over the past year at numerous meetings: your membership to gives us a mandate to continue representing our area. We ask for just $25 per annum to cover our costs. You may renew membership at the AGM, or sign up online through our website (Linked here) either sending a cheque or E transfer.
